About the Founder

Who I am

I'm Chuan Peng (彭傳), an AI engineer and technical lead based in Taiwan. My path into AI ran through mechanical engineering: machine learning in grad school, bringing AI onto factory production lines, and now leading an AI engineering team building NLP and large-language-model systems — while independently building and running my own AI SaaS on the side. Every Luxcerta diagnosis, every line of code, and every reply currently comes from me personally.

My stance toward the AI era is never stop thinking, never stop doubting. People can use AI to deceive on purpose — and AI itself can fabricate convincing-looking results just to complete a task. Yet more and more people treat AI as the front door to everything they look up. That is why GEO — generative engine optimization — is rising where SEO once ruled: getting AI to cite your content and put you in its answers is how a brand reaches a wider audience now. Luxcerta joins those two halves: helping you contend for visibility in AI answers, measured in a way you can verify yourself, so no fabricated result slips through.

Why this exists

Running our first category survey, we found something striking: some clinics' websites were cited by the AI a dozen times as source material for its answers — while the answers recommended everyone but them. And the clinics had no idea.

AI answers are becoming the new first impression, yet brands are completely in the dark about where they stand: no ranking to check, no report to read, no notification when the AI gets their facts wrong. I think this deserves to be measured — in a way you can verify yourself.
